Medication authorization, giving the caregiver standing authorization did not meet the specifications in rule. I observed one child with two (2) over the counter medications, Desitin and Aquafor, where the 12 month permission to administer had expired on 5/2/25 for the Desitin and 4/2/25 for the Aquafor. I observed another child with one medication where the 12 month permission to administer had expired on 5/22/25 for Nystatin cream.
