They straight up failed to pick up my child from her elementary school, and did not notify me. My child was missing for hours before I was notified and the principal did not care nor did she ever apologize for lack of communication. If you care about your kids safety, do not choose this facility. It is awful. Clean but lack of communication and can’t keep track of the kids.
