Very poorly ran. They are running off the amazing and caring teachers because of the leadership.
The teachers here are WONDERFUL. But they are overworked and underpaid. Teachers are not the problem. The problem lies within "leadership." There is no governing body for the center that is public; if parents have a problem, they can meet with directors, but directors have no power. They are subject to the wishes of "the board." I have requested a meeting with the board and been denied. I have requested a meeting with the pastor in charge of the overhead church (Woodhaven Baptist) and been denied. ONE MONTH after I submitted a formal letter with listed concerns to this mythical "board," I received an email reply stating that my concerns were not valid and "simply not true" to quote the letter.
