I have used this provider for more than 6 months

If zero stars were an option, that is what would have been used. This is the second and last summer we have used them for care. They are unwilling to work with parents and are very combative when you bring concerns to them. If Dan and his wife Paula treat kids the way we have been treated as parents I can see why our child no longer wants to go and why it is a struggle to get him to daycare everyday. Something has changed from last summer, whether it is help or quality of care, but we will not return and not recommend this facility to other families.
