I had my child enrolled at this day. Care for less than 2 weeks because he would come home with a new scratch or bruise on him every other day. I try talking to managment about it and they were both very rude to me. I would never recommend anyone to come to this place!
I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible what goes on behind closed doors.
My son has been attending daycare for a year at this facility. He loves going here. They treat him very well and you can tell by his reaction to showing up. He always comes home clean. They are like extended family. I would definately recommend this daycare to any of my friends and family.
HORRIBLE management issues with this place (I say Management because I have witnessed countless ways the staff have tried to help or ease theses issues only to be contradicted by management); the managers of this facility actively encourage staff to not inform the parent of any biting, fighting or general accidents which seem to happen frequently in this facility as it would reflect badly on them. Biting happens MULTIPLE times literally EVERY day in each class and is ignored by the two managing partners who seem to never be in the mood to "deal with these kids" and have yet to address the issue once with parents for fear of a lost paying slot. There is rat poison in the kitchen after oodles of little mice presents and dead mice made it OVERLY obvious there was an issue. When these valid complaints are made the DHS agent assigned to this facility will CALL AND GIVE A HEADS UP of the issue and the next "surprise inspection" to management so no reprimands will be made. The facility is NOT in code with Toys per child, children per room, any educational standards placed upon them as they discourage any educational programs stating "they're too young it wont matter anyway", bedding for cots, machines to clean nonexistent bedding for cots, sanitary measures, child paperwork, age of child per room and multiple almost countless other violations. If it sounds to horrible to be true walk on in and ask for yourself.
