INCA CACFP Manager provided training specific to dates of expiration on the milk and how to dispose of it. She also addressed the issue of checking the carton to be sure the in-date milk is good also. This was completed on October 23,2020 by Crystal Cortes. observed one staff on the playground with 14 children. Ratio observed 14:1 with thirteen 3-year-olds. Second staff who was suppose to meet ratio was observed in the classroom doing lap-d assessment with a child. Second staff reported they were finishing a task and told the other staff to go ahead and go outside. |
