About the Provider

The purpose of Windmill Child Enrichment Center is to develop and implement an innovative early childhood education program to enrich the diverse needs of the children and families in the community we serve. We believe that child development is a sequential and orderly process, and that each child has a personal pace and a unique way of developing physically, emotionally, socially and cognitively. It is the role of the early childhood education program and teachers to build on skills children are able to do in each of the growth areas by creating a nurturing and safe environment designed to reflect the needs of the children and their individual developmental levels, and to guide children through fun, age-appropriate activities to foster a sense of self-esteem and a love of discovery and learning.
