VERY UNORGANIZED, POOR COMMUNICATION TO PARENTS, HIGH TURN OVER WITH TEACHERS, HOURS ARE NOT CONSISTENT....FULL OF EXCUSES AND NO SOLUTIONS. YOU WILL PAY FOR FULL TIME SERVICE AND RECEIVE PART TIME CARE.
The director Yvonne will lie to cover her behind when her supervisor is contacted. She will appear to be so loving and caring about the kids when you visit and tour the center. One day I saw her playing with a child and when she pooped she quickly gave her to the teacher in the room and said "She needs to be changed."
I have experienced on many occasions the center was not open and myself and other parents have had to wait on the staff for at least 30 minutes.
I have left instructions on how often and what to feed my child and they continue to do what they want.
One week the parents were informed that car seats will no longer be allowed in the room because of germs. The next week Yvonne said you can bring the seat in and we can place it in your childs crib if you think they will sleep better. I thought she was joking until I saw a car seat in one of the cribs. Of course I questioned it and her response was its ok for the seat to be in the crib because it is in the childs space. Sorry, but I dont let my child sleep in a car seat at home and I am definitely not going to pay a chilcare center to do it.
There has been soooo many teachers in the room I can't keep up with the names anymore. They ask for your input on how they can make the center better but when you give your opinion they made excuses and started saying "Well if you are no longer happy here maybe it is time you look for a new center". That is exactly what I did. Good bye to the chaos!!!!
