I have not taken my son here yet, but the Lady here watched me when I was younger, and my brothers and cousins. I have never known her to leave children unattended but she made growing up so fun and I am looking forward to seeing my son go here!!
Do not send your child here, I had enrolled my daughter here when she was 2 because it was close to my home and the woman was flexible with my later hours but I should have known that an IN-HOME care center was NOT the way to go. After noticing some things on different occasions I quickly pulled her and got her into a an actual school. The incident that was the last straw was when I showed up in the middle of the day unannounced to speak with the daycare provider and the doors were locked. After a minute of knocking the door was opened but by a group of small children aged 2-3 years old. When I asked were the woman was she said “she’s not here” so I stepped inside and noticed there were two screaming and crying INFANTS in a pack n play left to cry by themselves. As I walked around the home trying to locate someone I found her teenage or college age daughter in the back room with the door closed and on her cell phone. She was obviously startled by my presence and made up an excuse that she was taking a call while her mom went to run an errand. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Not to mention you put children in danger !! This is not the care that parents expect when trusting day care providers with out children. It was very neglectful.
