Findings: 5 CSR 25-500.087 Fire Safety Violation: Art work/teaching materials, numerous posters, art work and bulletin boards, was observed covering more than thirty percent (30%) of the walls in in all rooms of the facility. Rule Reference: 5 CSR 25-500.087 Fire Safety (2) (D) states: Art work and teaching materials attached directly to the walls shall not exceed thirty percent (30%) of the wall area. No art work or teaching materials shall be hung from the ceilings or in the doorways. Correction Required: Art work/teaching materials cannot hang in doorways, from ceilings or cover too much wall space. Correction Verification: Submit Documentation Compliance Date: 10/18/2024 5 CSR 25-500.090 Disaster and Emergency Preparedness Violation: The facility's disaster and emergency plan was not available in each room used for childcare as evidenced by no emergency plan was observed in any of the rooms at the facility..
