Findings: Supervision concerns. There were concerns with supervision practices. At time of investigation, thirteen children were outside unsupervised. In addition, there were seventeen children onsite which exceeds the maximum allowed for a group care facility. Resolution: During the investigation, the requirements for a group daycare license was discussed and the provider informed that the number of children in care would need to be dropped to a maximum of twelve. A follow up inspection verified all children were within sight and sound of staff, ratio requirements were met and the number of children on-site did not exceed the group daycare license maximum of twelve.
