Powell location. Most of the teachers are nice, but the administration seems shady. From the minute my I signed my son up to go there they tried to screw me out of money. The director neglected to tell me about a promotion they were running where they were waiving the registration fee (I had heard from a different location) and only gave it to me after I asked. She claimed she "forgot". I recieved a corporate discount for my place of employment that they gave to me only one week, and then it went back to full price. I had to ask for it to be changed and reimbursed for the difference. The biggest issue I had with them though was when we decided to leave tutor time. She tried to tell me I had two weeks worth of tuition due when I put in my two weeks notice. I had to remind her that along with his FIRST weeks tuition, I had also paid his LAST week tuition when he signed up (as they require all parents to do) She first claimed there was no last week payment on my account, then when questioned further claimed to have misread my account and that I was right. She said only one more weeks tuition was to be withdrawn from my checking account, however, when the second week came around I was once again charged a weeks tuition. When asked about it she said she thought that i hadn't been charged the week prior. I was. She said that once again she misread my account and would have a check in the mail to reimburse me. And that it would arrive in 4-5 days. Now I am a single mother, on a very right budget. Because of their mistake my account was overdrawn and I was charged $75 in overdraft fees. I contacted the director and she did nothing. I asked for her owners contact information she refused to give it to me. I called corporate and got nowhere with them either. I eventually recieved my reimbursement a week and a half later. I am outraged at their lack of consideration and attempt at handling the situation and fixing their mistake. The attitude of the director doesn't help matters either. Overall I am very displeased with my experience and I would not recommend to parents.
