This is a parent beware. When you punish an employee with a $99.00 fee and drop their pay by $2.00 an hour for putting in a two week notice and if they don't fulfill it (or in my daughters case the assistant director lies) you put your children at risk! Someone is wanting to leave a job for a reason, heck they may not be good with kids or they may not be a good fit for this daycares program (which was the case with my daughter) so you are going to FORCE them to be with your children? That's not too smart. So my thoughts to the parents out there thinking of using this place do you really want someone that is forced there to watch your child? This owner puts on a good act but I have never seen a policy so crazy and if she is like that with her employees again what is going on behind close doors? And this company goes by several names.
