1. The operator will comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services). Staff #1 has been removed from a childcare position with direct and routine interaction with children. Correction date 7/22/26. 2. The director created a form to track each staff and their required clearances, trainings, and documents, to assist with the hiring process and ongoing updates. This form has due dates for all required trainings, clearances, health assessments etc. This form has been attached for approval by the Northeast Regional Office prior to continued use. The director will ensure that this form is used during the hiring process and to track all required updates. Correction date 7/22/26. The director made the mistake of believing that the bus driver was through the school district and therefore would have full clearances through the school district, much like an outside agency; BHT etc. The director realized the error and my inspector made great points explaining why it was wrong. The director will never make that assumption again. We already had a checklist that we use for new hires. The director attached it, for review. In the future, we will ensure that ANYONE who has direct contact with the children and is employed by us will have all required clearances, processed by us. We will continue to use the tracker for all new hires.
