My youngest child had been at an in-home provider from 8 weeks to 5.5 years old. The provider unexpectedly closed so we had to find an emergency facility until we could get to the summer, in which we had plans for her already starting in June. I was referred by another parent that uses a different Traditions facility and recommended them. We were able to come in and see the facility before we used it, and they were able to take my 5-year-old in on short notice. The staff were very accommodating. Nermina was in charge of her room and went over everything with us. Carissa was always very helpful when we needed it. Our daughter has enjoyed her time there. I would highly recommend!
