Where to begin. If I could give a zero review I would. This provider damaged my child mentally and emotionally since seeing her over 4 years ago. Even though this was 4 years ago, my child STILL references all the negative and hurtful events that have occurred under her care - JUST THIS MORNING, 4 YEARS LATER! He has been having fits of anger and low self-esteem, all while referencing Ms. Tracey. He's described being hit for pooping in the toilet, being yelled at constantly, and treated like he couldn't do anything right. He also described being hit and kicked by her grandson, who she also watches at the center, then getting blamed for the abuse! My other older son was there for a short time with his brother, and described similar incidents, to the point that he had to leave the place before my younger son, having an emotional breakdown. I would whole-heartedly NOT recommend this provider! If you love your children then stay away - FAR AWAY!
