Kia does not maintain full compliance with the guidelines by the State of Maryland. I have personally witnessed that she watches too many children under the age of 2 (three or more at a time) and was not honest with the State Inspectors who came in. There are very rarely any toys in sight and the children appear bored - usually they are just wandering around her living room or kitchen upon pickup (no matter what time). I have not witnessed her sitting on the floor playing with them or singing with them or coloring or other activities.. Our child is no longer attending due to many of these reasons.
