Description: Tiny World Child Care Inc. is a bilingual year round daycare center founded by Delia Vildoso and Janet Hung. Both have combined fifteen years of experience as early childhood educators in Brookline, MA.
At Tiny World Child Care Inc. we believe in nurturing each child’s individual interests and strengths. Our early childhood educators encourage children to think for themselves, to make their own decisions, find solutions to problems, and to express their ideas and feelings, all within a safe and structured classroom environment. One of our principal goals is to help each child build his or her self-confidence every day. Our dedicated staff also treasure and love children, they are able to identify the needs of each child and the areas they excel in as well as those that can be improved. They love being a teacher and know they are a second home to the children. Our teachers provide exposure to the Spanish language throughout the day, whether it is by singing a song in Spanish or by simply teaching them words in Spanish such as “agua” (water). We also teach our children Spanish through a special weekly music class.
We strongly believe that children learn better through inquiry and play, and we are committed to creating a healthy, clean and stimulating environment in which every child has an equal opportunity to learn and to grow. All our classrooms provide a structured routine, along with multiple activities that brighten each child’s own choice and expression. We will serve children and their families of all races, nationalities, ethnicities, religions, etc.
Finally, we believe that parents are the critical influences in each child’s life and we pride ourselves on maintaining outstanding communication with families. Whether it is by emails, texts, notes, etc. we strongly believe that communication with families is an important factor that enables children to grow. Our parents are always invited to join us for special celebrations such as; birthday parties, our annual graduation potluck and many more family festivities.
