They are the best
I have been taking my daughter here for the last 2 years and I have been very satisfied with her care there. All of the staff is very warm and welcoming to her along with myself! You see the same faces all the time. I would highly recommend Tiny Treasures to anyone!!
The owner is an absolute battle axe of a woman!! The whole entire time I have known her I have been nothing but nice and courteous to her and she has been nothing but nasty towards me. During this pandemic, for instance, we are told to NOT go into the building and drop your kid off at the door. So I go to drop my son off and hold his hand until he gets into the door, and she proceeds to say to me, in a VERY NASTY tone, mind you, "YOU NEED TO STAY AWAY FROM THE DOOR, YOU NEED TO GET BACK!". So I tell her, "Look, I have seen you let other mothers bring their child right up to the door, in fact, not even right up to the door but IN THE DOOR FRAME and you proceed to have nice, polite conversations with these women, while you treat me and talk to me like I'm a dog. The woman proceeded to just stand there, shaking, and saying that she "does not have to take this or listen to this"... NO APOLOGY, NOTHING. So the next week, mind you, I do not want any more confrontations with this woman (that one being the first and I wanted it to be the last), I walk up to the door with my child, and while attempting to stay as far away from the door as possible (????) while trying to drop off a 3 year old in a parking lot mind you, she proceeds to open the door to a 2 INCH CRACK and BARK AT ME, VERY NASTILY, "YOU NEED TO STAY BACK AND LET HIM COME IN HERE BY HIMSELF!!"...now I understood the whole entire "stay out of her door" BS, but I am NOT about to let my child wander off into the PARKING LOT without GUIDING HIM, AS HIS MOTHER, into the door.....I told her that she IS nasty woman, she picks and chooses who she is professional and polite to, and she makes up rules (like a psychopath) in order to start confrontations with people, which is like I stated, psychotic and unprofessional. And I also agree with the other poor review on here, the woman just does NOT CARE about the kids, only family friends/people she knows in her area. Do yourself a favor and take your kid somewhere else.
