I have used Little Sandpipers since 1996. My children attended and now my grandchildren.LSLC has always gone above and beyond to help parents and children. The program is excellent, I'm amazed at what my grandchildren learn each day. The teachers all have degrees in Early Childhood Education and a desire to see children learn through play and to never miss an opportunity to increase knowledge. It's preschool at its best, with owners, directors and teachers that truly care !!!!!
Where to start? My child has attend Little Sandpipers' Learning Center since he was 6 weeks old, he is now 5 years old and in the NC Pre-K program here at the center. The staff has always made me feel comfortable. Mrs. Ann has always gone out of her way to work with me when things have gotten financially tough. This is a wonderful child care center, I wouldn’t take my child anywhere else!
My Daughter have been coming here for years. The facility is awesome any problems that I have always same to get solve by the director or the owner.
Terrible facility! Owner is heartless.they don't have the best interest for your child. Its always chaotic when you pick up your child. My girl picked up so many bad habits there, because facility isn't under control.. So unorganized! Me and a lot of other parents pulled their child out of there. Don't let your child be subjected to that! We only went there because it was convenient, boy was that a mistake! Please go out of your way to get them in a good facility, where the owners actually care.
I would give them 0 stars if I could:
-No security measures in place, there is a front 'office' but you are lucky if anybody is even in there.
-Over priced compared to other 5 star facilities, there is a range that they can charge and this place is the highest of the range
-When I spoke with owner about after care rough housing, nothing was being done to correct bullying
-My child cried every time we even drove by, he became almost terrified of the place..we could not move him fast enough.
When dealing with childcare it is sad that this facility uses the lack of competition around the area to monopolize the parents...this is not how childcare should be handled
