I would not recommend this daycare to anyone who has a child with any type of special needs. I made them aware of my grandsons special circumstances prior to him being accepted into this center, never sugar-coated anything and the owner saw for herself at the interview and still accepted him but said we would have to pay additional money per week above the assigned parent fees from DSS if we wanted her to keep him. Daughter of owner confident of her skills to handle such a child turned out to be false she gave up after first week and then was very negative toward child and us.They terminated him without any notice and refuse to refund 2 week of money she received although they refused to keep him and tried justified it by say it was the child's behavior on the day she terminated him and that if it was for that he would have been able to stays so it's his fault. So she kept the parent fee as well as the additional money we were paying per week because of his behavior. She then wrote a very negative letter of termination for us when we asked for one to turn in to DSS so that we could seek services else where; and this was after the daughter gave us a hard-time about even giving us a letter. They appear to be very sweet initial and are but seem to be money hungry or something because this was not right by any means.
I would never recommend this daycare they mistreated my 2 children. I removed them and I am constantly telling people to never use them from my area. When trying to speak to the owner of my concerns I was giving an bad demeanor from the owner and the daughter was even worse and I wasn't even speaking to her as she was not the responsible party for this business. Very poor business and not professional at all.
This daycare is one of the best that I have came across in the area. They are very clean and very welcoming at all times. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Our kids have learned so much from this daycare.
