I attended this preschool so many years ago. I don't remember much about the people who supervised other than a handful of workers, who were good people and tried hard. I also remember something which troubles me to this day. Since those days every person I have come across in life that went to that school with me is mentally struggling with something. Adhd is present in every person, and a few are bi-polar with exotic issues and depression. One person who sought therapy would actually break down every time the person attempted to remember anything form that time period. And then I remembered, That thing that always bugged me when I was still hardly a child. The school being a religious school operated more like a family run operation. The food was supplied by what I can only reconstruct were volunteers. They arrived in big long tin containers and we would eat before napping or after It was a long time now. We would only get something to drink after we had finished our food. I remember that pissing me off. More importantly I always remember the food tasting a bit off. I could never put my finger on it. I remember we would very often have mac and cheese. Today if i had to hypothesize upon what I can remember it was very subtlety metallic in nature and I guess even then I attributed it to being such a big preparation of a food, meant for dozens perhaps not having same taste as a smaller meal was to be expected. And even though years would go by every now and then my mind rested upon this, and every time I ran into someone who went to the daycare along with me, It flung me into deep thinking and I cant help but look back and feel that something was definitely not right about that school. I just don't know what it is.
