After reading all the reviews, and seeing other reviews else where. To me she shouldn't be allowed to be a licensed childcare provider. She is trusted by parents to teach and care for the childern, but instead she finds any reason to do otherwise. If you are going to send kids home once a week for there clearly being nothing wrong with a child, then maybe you shouldn't be in childcare. It takes a special kind of person to be in trusted in caring for our childern while we are at work, but I wouldn't allow this provider anywhere near my child. The fact your page now states that you now offer 24 hour care, that is scary for any parent after reading these reviews. If she can't handle them for 8-10 hours during the day, what makes anyone think she can handle them over night. I definitely won't be bring my child her and I won't be referring any of my friends or family to her either.
Like the other reviews i also experienced the same thing. My child was sent home at least once a week due to "fever". I would get home and check him and he didn't have a fever. I did also find out sometimes the director Heather wasn't there and it was just the helper who we never were officially introduced to. She also gave our child foods we had specifically asked her not to give him. There was a day she said her own child had the flu and would be home upstairs yet when I picked up my child she was downstairs. I had high expectations as she raved about being in the medical field for many years. I was disappointed in the care my child received.
Worst daycare ever encountered, my child was always being sent home for any running nose ,bad diaper. My child caught hand and foot, bad rashes on legs , I kept taking my child to the doctor office every week just to get a note she wasn't sick, I guess she needed the note to cover herself. Basically an excuse. Finally I moved my child to another daycare and no more issues. For a min I thought my child was sensitive but no it was the daycare. This daycare is a joke, funny how every kid gets sent home that's not related to the family or close friends to the daycare.
We were not happy with our time at Tiny Tots. The owner Heather would often send our child home stating he was sick. We started to see a pattern where if she didn’t have her helper she would find reasons to send all the kids home claiming they had a fever or a running nose. We would get him home and no fever. The ending point for us was the day she messaged us informing our son had explosive diarrhea and needed to be picked immediately and she was unable to clean him up and told us we needed to bring a towel. This was also a day she didn’t have her helper. I have never had either of my kids sent home by a daycare covered in their own poop. We were there for several months and experienced days each month where she would close the daycare completely and be closed the following day with no notice. If you are looking for somewhere to take your child on a consistent basis this is not the place. In time we also learned there were times she was not there and the helper was the one taking care of our child.
Very rude and unprofessional
