Description: Welcome to Three Tree Montessori School! We are a private, non-profit Montessori school for children ages one through twelve years. Three Tree Montessori School offers a respectful, peaceful, and joy-filled environment in which all children have the freedom to define and fulfill their potential. This encourages all children to explore, learn, and interact in a diverse community that fosters independence, mutual respect, cooperation, self-discipline, critical thinking, and preparation for a life of self-directed work and learning. Within five years, Three Tree Montessori School will be a nationally certified and recognized AMI Montessori school located in Burien, Washington. We will continue to provide excellent, secular education through an environment where children effectively and independently pursue developmentally appropriate and academically fulfilling learning in community with others. We will prepare a diverse body of students for their places as stewards of our planet, trustees who serve our communities, and leaders in our global economy. Our methodology will adhere to the most rigorous standards of the Montessori tradition.
