We will review immunization records as we receive them to ensure that the full record is attached. The parent has transitioned pediatricians when the child was younger and the new pediatrician hadn't printed the full record. We now have the full record.

We have put in a new door stop to prevent future damage to the wall. The wall have been patched up and painted. The floor will be repaired by 3/1/19. Due to scheduling issues with the inclement weather, it has been rescheduled a couple of times. We will monitor our classrooms and learning environments to place work orders for areas that need repair and maintinence.
