Millie's Creative Learning Centers are certified through the PA State Department of Public Welfare and Keystone STARS, an initiative of the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) which aims to support, and recognize the continuous quality improvement efforts of early learning programs in Pennsylvania. We are excited to announce that we have moved to a STAR 2!
