I Wish I could give this place "0" stars. Very poor. My daughter insisted on putting my grandson here, he was 2yrs at the time, this was about a year ago. I went for the tour with her and something didn't seem right. The infant room is tiny and there were 10 babies and two teachers in there but they could hardly move around. Just about every baby was in some type of device, a bouncer or one of those round things that let them stand up. Seemed too small and two many babies for just two people. I understand that they number of babies they can have with just two, but it didn't look like they were doing much with the babies but changing diapers and feeding. As we walked around this place I saw a lot of what looked like unhappy staff working, no one smiling at the children. The children looked like cattle stuffed into rooms with shelves lining the walls and not really anything for them to do, we saw a lot of running around.
My daughter enrolled him, even though she felt the owner was very fake. She had heard things from other people good and bad but decided to give it a shot. His first day he came home with makes on his legs, that couldn't be explained. Every day when she arrived a different "teacher" was with him, or he was in a different room with different kids. The "teachers' didn't even know his name. He came him in diapers that were not his. The teachers looked absolutely miserable and over whelmed. One of the "teachers" told my us that she didn't even know any of the children's names and she was put in the room and never even taught how to change diapers properly.
When my daughter tried to talk to the owner there as that fake, condescending person again.
My daughter pulled him and I'm so glad she did. We found another place that is much more child centered. If you have your child here or are thinking about it; you should think about that long and hard. Just because the owner tells you they are the best quality in Pasadena, doesn't mean its true.
For those who read a review from Renee on any of the Wiggle Room Websites....please know she is the Owner. She is trying to cover up the Poor rating I reported. She goes by the name of Suzanne at the center. There are only 2 certified teachers at the Wiggle Room, Suzanne and her mother. Problem is, neither of them teach.
I find it very deceiving that Suzanne and Renee are the same person but yet she portrays herself as 2 different women. WHAT IS SHE HIDING??
