Description: The Stuckey Family Interfaith Child Development Center was founded in 1968 by a group of individuals who saw the need for quality care for working mothers. It has always been housed by Christ United Methodist Church.
The center is a professional development school serving families in the surrounding counties by offering a sliding fee scale and access to subsidized childcare. We exist to provide a developmentally appropriate education to preschoolers in a Christian atmosphere, to support and educate families of children we serve, and to embrace families of all religious and ethnic origins.
Every child is a unique individual and the program is planned to meet each child's needs at each stage of development. A young child learns best in a safe, supportive atmosphere that encourages a variety of learning experiences and generates a feeling of value and self-esteem.

BEWARE to full time working parents! This center has been closing at least one of their groups (Infant, Toddler, Preschool) EVERY WEEK because of "Covid Quarantine" which gets triggered because of ONE CASE!! THIS IS NOT FULL TIME SERVICE! The teachers are GREAT and VERY PROFESSIONAL but this is RIDICULOUS!!!
