Description: Combined with the mission of The Salvation Army, the mission of Family Treatment Services is to provide a gender responsive, recovery environment that is culturally informed, effective and promotes the spiritual, physical and emotional health of families. SAFTS has been serving the state of Hawaii for over 30 years with a network of interrelated programs focusing on supporting families. The Therapeutic Nursery has had a long history of working with community volunteers who contribute their time and energy to playing with the infants and toddlers in the program.
