Staff person #1 was placed on admirative lease as soon as the concern was lifted up to the Director. Upon completion of an internal investigation, Staff person #1 was terminated from their position via telephone on 2/1/24. The assistant teacher that was present in the classroom during the incident was retrained on positive guidance and mandated reporter responsibilities on 2/1/24.
