Description: Our program belief is that all children are capable and knowledgeable. It is our goal to create an enriching, nurturing and exciting environment that invites children to explore, investigate, wonder and have playful inquiry into their surrounding world. Each classroom and learning space at The Madrona School has a unique purpose and focus to promote growth and development in children. We have four learning spaces that are named after our unique Northwest EcoSystem: The Mountain Room, The River, The Meadow, and The Ocean Room. Each Learning Space has unique aspects while still being connected to each other. A safe nurturing environment that honors and invites children to explore, create, play, wonder, and imagine as they grow. A learning community rooted in respect and compassion. Preschool: Ages 3-4 Years, 9am-1pm Pre/Early Kindergarten: Ages 4-5 Years, 9am-2:30pm Monday-Thursday Full Day Childcare: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Ages 3-5 Years (full day care "wraps around" above programs.)
