Needs to be shut down Mar 21, 2018

The place is HORRIBLE! Lee Ann the owner is such a rude person. All she is worried about is money. She could careless about her employees. The place is extremely dirty. All equipment is out dated. She allows her daughter Anna to come and go and work without the training. Lee Ann will cuss and stay on her phone constantly. Her outside play area is unsafe and outdated. The place needs to be torn down. She will act fake and different Infront of parents. If you ask to many questions she will get angry and cuss you out. She brings her dog in all the time and doesn’t worry about state or child’s allergies to Winston. She stays under staffed because she is horrible to work for. She feeds the kids whatever is cheap and waters the juice down to save a buck. She lives in Brentwood in a VERY nice home and drives a VERY nice car and goes on expensive vacations. Her daughter gets the best of everything but yet she will not put any money into her business because she is selfish. She does not know how to talk to people or employees. State has investigated more than once. FIND ANOTHER PLACE FOR YOU CHILD! From a former employee, you do not want your child attending this day care!!!!!! Ask to walk around and look how nasty, dirty, outdated, unkept this place is. Especially the kitchen!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU FIND ANOTHER PLACE FOR YOUR CHILD!!!!!!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

-1 Star. I do not recommend this school for any children. Owner needs some couch time with a professional. She cant cope with the stress of dealing with children then she is in the wrong business. She cant keep employees which damages the children when they see multiple people come and go.I quit learning the new teachers names cause once I remembered them, they were gone.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. My child was in this daycare for only a few months. My child would always come home with bruises on her legs and no one could ever tell me why or what happened. The teachers would lie on accident reports, for example my child had a small black eye and the accident report stated the ball hit my child in the eye by another child, but I was told by 2 other teachers that one of the other teachers tossed it to her and it hit her n the face. It was a hard plastic ball. I would pick up my child and she would be covered in dirt, in her hair, under her finger nails in between her toes and fingers. The mats in the 2 year old room are very dirty, they are not assigned to any child so they are reused by different children each day. (I brought in my childs mat). The mats are also under the 2 inches which are required by law. The directors husband is allowed to go into the back area with children . He was not doing any "work" for the property. He was just there visiting. The director would hide from me when I would try to come and talk with her. The owner never cashed the checks when she said she would. She has other business's that take priority over the daycare. Some times the checks were deposited almost 2 weeks after I would write them. There was 1 teacher that was allowed to watch her own child in the same room with the 2 year olds. Her daughter would always be crying and the only way she would not cry is if the mom would be holding her, so she would not be as attentive to the other children while she was watching her own child. The Director would talk bad about teachers she did not like openly in front of parents to other teachers. The owner is very defensive when you bring up any issues. She would not take responsibility for any wrong doing by any of the teachers. My child had 6 different teachers while she was in this day care. The toys are very dirty and I never once saw any of the toys getting clean. The items outside are nasty filled with dirt. When you call they almost never answer the phone. When I pulled my child out of this daycare she had less than a week left and when I had a conversation with the owner she took everything I said and got very defensive and said well I am not happy with me and did not like me so she told me that day would be my daughters last day at daycare. When I turned in my notice that I was pulling my child out of daycare, I did tell them I found another place for her. I did not put my issues in writing in fear my child would either be kicked out or neglected. That is just some of the issues I had with this daycare.

My son has attended this center for the past 3 years. We are very happy with is development. Ms. Starla is now his pre-K teacher and she is really great. The center is very clean and has well organized teachers. I would refer this to everyone. All questions have been promptly answered by management when situations have happened. We are very pleased.

I would leave 0 stars if it would let me. This morning I showed the director mold in my babies nipple and contacted the proper authorities. Yesterday they left my baby in a room with hand foot mouth disease disinfecting it. Before that, they left my baby in a room with large amounts of fumes in the area. Disinfecting is necessary, but you completely get rid of strep germ, my baby should has been moved. She has had a bad cough since. Last week, a woman they had never seen came into get my baby. It was my mother. They did not ID. Not only that, but when my mother picked her up she was crying so badly she was gasping. The woman in the room told my mother she was just sleepy, yet on the daily sheet, it showed my baby had eaten 20 minutes before, still had an ounce and a half left and had just awoke from a two hour nap. She was still hungry and the woman wouldn't feed her. Also, two weeks prior, I was called to come get my baby because she had a virus and threw up a large amount. My baby has acid reflux. I went straight to the doc who confirmed no virus and my baby was fine. All of this happened in less than 6 weeks. Talking to the director was not helpful at all. She became very defensive and frazzled with each of these issues. This morning I was also asked to leave for having complaints that she didn't have an answer to. This woman erased my review from Facebook so no one would see the truth. although these people care, my advice would be to take your children elsewhere. There are some serious training and safety issues that needs to be addressed immediately. There have been many more stories I have come across, similar to mine, yet nothing is ever done to make sure they stop happening. Check out this link.
