Have 3 children at this center. We have been there for over two years and have enjoyed the experience. The center has an amazing Director and teachers. Would recommended highly.

Substantial fees buried in the 25+ pages of legalese and forms required, none of which were mentioned when discussing the cost with the site manager.
They have failed to check immunization records.
They have failed to follow their other health protocols.
Do not endanger your wallet or your child by sending them here. Avoid at all costs.
We were new to the whole daycare experience, I call it a daycare because this is NOT a learning as they advertise. This place is way over priced for the services you get. My child was ALWAYS sick there. They allow children that are sick to attend each day, so the rest of the kids get sick! If your child misses any days because they are ill and you provide a Dr.note, they still charge you the FULL amount due. That is insane and I will be calling the health dept to put a complaint on this facility.The staff there is very unprofessional and rude beginning with the "owner" she sits in her office does not interact with any of the children. All she does is sit there and collect payments putting her makeup on or on her cell phone. The staff look unhappy and under paid. Speaking badly about one other in the open where parents can hear. My child would ALWAYS be dirty with boogers all over his face, just like all the other kids in his class. it is such a rip off to parents that do not know any better. So if you're considering this place RUN!!! Once I took my child out of there, the owner came out of her seat for the first time and said she was going to send me to collections because I owed her for not bringing my child back to her facility!LOL I have an attorney working on this case. How are you going to send someone to collections for NOT choosing to being your child back. I will NOT pay a dime for a service I did not use. I paid for each week my child attended that dump!!! That place will be out of business in a couple of years. It' a franchise so this owner Camila is giving them a bad name!! Which I will put a complaint to the main head quarters as well! I now have my child in a safe loving environment.
