I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I am a mother of three; my oldest is currently attending UPenn, my middle one is in a gifted and talented program, and my two-year-old boy was attending this place. For all of us as a family, it was a very negative experience.. two days in a row, my boy came home with bad (bloody) scratches on his face all these happened within the first two weeks of attendance... every day, the baby came home with his diaper full... even on his last day attending this place, he was all wet (urine on his clothes). They have over 20 very young toddlers and only two or three assistants (elderly women- senior citizens); due to this, and even in that very small space they have for the kids, it was very hard for them to provide the support that a toddler needs. This place is not about teaching or nursing, is not about helping you as a parent with your children's development. When you own or work in a daycare or school, you either have the chance to contribute positively to a kid's life or the contrary. This place is absolutely the contrary. If you are a parent and are looking for a daycare, I strongly DO NOT recommend you this place. Luckily for us, there is much better quality (staff, space, curriculums) daycares in the area within the same price range. You can contact me directly, and I can show you all documentation supporting this review.
