Reading these two reviews made me realize I’m not the only one who had issues at this school. Being a stay at home more for almost two years I decided to put my two year old into daycare… she’s been at home with me for two years. I put her into kids club and within two weeks they kicked my daughter out because she wouldn’t take a nap. The owner is rude. She acts nice in the beginning but is completely fake. I wouldn’t not recommend this childcare to anyone unless your child is completely “perfect”.
Very rude, condescending, and unprofessional teachers. If your child is not 100% perfect at all times they will simply kick you out of the program, no matter how much money you’ve given them or how established your child is there. They ridiculed my child, who is 3 years old, calling him disgusting which he later cried about to me, because he had an accident. This is why they kicked him out of their program, because a 3 year old had an accident. Not only did they kick him out of a place where he is established with friends, but when my mother and I went to pick him up, one teacher/owner yelled in my moms face and tried to belittle us and talk down to us like we weren’t fit to be there. They’ve sent very rude texts to my sons mother about our son as well. They have no idea how to talk to people and are not in the right business for people that have no patience for children and normal things that children do. All the reviews I’ve read are bad ones where the child has been kicked out for something ridiculous such as taking off their shoes. I wouldn’t recommend this day care to my worst enemy. Stay clear if you wish to have a good experience for your child’s first schooling.
My precious 2 year old had her elbow dislocated at this facility and was not reported by her teacher. Her very first day when I went to pick her she wasn't using her arm and when I picked her up she was crying out in pain. I thought maybe she was not ready to leave and I did not realize the extent of her injury. When I went to buckle her into her car seat I realized her hand was swollen and that arm was her source of pain. I then texted the teacher to find out what had happened and she denied anything. I know when this happened she cried out. This owners of the daycare were unprofessional and got upset denying that the incident occurred. My child was in excruciating pain; as a dislocation of the elbow is very painful as the doctor described. Nursemaid Elbow is what the emergency doctor diagnosed. This specific injury is caused by the arm being pulled out of socket. I tried to give this center the benefit of the doubt but they hurt my daughter and had no remorse. I am a kind and caring person and I know we are all human and mistakes happen but when a babe is injured and you cant act humane about it, as if your reputation is more important than the harm of a child than you shouldn't be in childcare.
