We strive to follow all criteria set forth by The National Association for the Education of Young Children. You can learn more about this organization at www.naeyc.org. We keep a low classroom ratio of 9 students to 1 teacher. This is lower than the state required ratio of 13 to 1. This lower ratio allows for more individualized attention.

A copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights was provided at the time of the inspection. The Emergency Disaster Contact form was completed at the time of the inspection. 4 of 4 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection.

Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were observed during the Annual Inspection conducted on December 3, 2024, and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. Compliance Officer: Celeste Angulo A Plan of Corrections will not be accepted at this time. 4 of 4 fingerprint clearance cards were verified through the DPS website during the inspection. The following was discussed but not limited to: **Discussed the submission of Background Checks **Cleaning supplies/materials are maintained out of reach of enrolled children. **Children's personal product labeling **Restrooms maintained free of items not related to restrooms.

Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 12/5/2023 and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. Compliance Officer #1 is David Ramos Compliance Officer #2 is Monika Jones The fingerprint clearance cards for 3 of 3 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. During the exit interview, the following item was discussed but are not limited to: *A diaper-changing surface with a hole that has been covered, sealed with a cap, and then caulked is acceptable. Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days of receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies.
