Our personal experience at this daycare was insulting and I definitely do not recommend this facility- feel free to contact me for more information and documentation. Very unprofessional owner. Kathleen has been documented lying and covering for her employee many times, said employee was abusing the child support system while claiming to have her school aged child enrolled in the Goddard after school program. Come to find out, Goddard does not have an after school program. Kathleen states many times that the child is enrolled, however, Heidi states that no such program even exists. Kathleen proceeded to explain how said child roams the classrooms, I know that I personally would not want an older child around my young child, especially without knowledge of his background. Kathleen is also documented withholding information from parents and refuses to deal with questions and concerns in any sort of timely manner.
Also, too many serious violations for my liking, Google "daycare inspection reports in Ohio", it'll all pop up. Breast milk at room temperature ... ? Ugh. That's gross. They don't clean or stock their restrooms ... ? Plungers within hands reach of children ... ?
