The post made by HY contains untruths. Management discussed with you that children do occasionally bite while they are in the toddler development stage (non-verbal expression) and how we handle this (solutions). The management team changed your child into another group, and then back again, trying to accommodate your requests. We are very responsive and communicate regularly with parents. Your post is defaming and slanderous to our fine school.
I had a very bad experience with Montessori daycare at Westlake. 1-) Nobody will listen to your complains. They live in the idea that they are the best. 2-) Repetitive complains without solution. This prove that that there is a poor level of problem solving. 3-) Non-Professional management with very poor Communication skills with parents. My daughter was bitten 3 times within one month. I tried to discuss this issue with the manager. But they claimed that this is completely normal. I disscussed this issue with my colleagues. They completely agree that this daycare is not doing good job. So I moved to another daycare. I completely with hesitant advise every parents to keep away from this daycare.
