Don't believe what the owner -- Jen Zappata -- told you. She is out to grab every dime she can from your family. She does not care your kids or her teachers. The kids could not get any educations in the school. They only play on their own. No teacher teaches them anything. Most of the teachers she used are students from universities. You know why? They are cheap and Jen can pocket a big profit. The teachers are not happy and treat kids bad just as how Jen treats them. The teacher's turnover rate is extremely high in Jen's school. Jen hires some poker-face people playing "shows" in front of parents during pick-up and drop-off time. Jen asks parents to fund staff's happy hour every month (e.g. doing nails). During this past winter, more than half of the time the school was either closed or had an early closing (3:00PM) or a late opening (10:00AM). The school has a ridiculous long list of school holidays (almost one month)... but you still have to pay a full amount of tuition. Oh yes, of course, you have to pay her full amount even though you and your kids are on vacation. But if you ask your kids what they learned at the school, they would say "my teachers were sleeping and chatting in the class". The bottom line is that don't waste your time, money and energy to figure out the horrible truth about Jen and her school.
