The directors were unwilling to work with us in order to solve problems that arose during drop off. Specifically when our child experienced anxiety and sensory overload when arriving at school. Not only did the owners refuse to make even the smallest modifications to help, but they became rude and offensively critical. This was after they knew we were doing everything possible to help our child (which included seeking professionals for interventions and opinions). It turns out that the doctors we consulted recommended removing our child from their care.
As an educator for my entire adult life, I find it appalling that these women consider themselves qualified to work with small children and am very thankful our new school is much more understanding and professional.
