This lady should not be able to watch kids. She is mean to the kids. She hit a child with the door and made them fall in front of the parent. The child told CPS that she hits her. CJ is a horrible person and needs to be held accountable before she seriously hurts someone child.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

We have used the Fish Pond since my daughter was 4 months old. The ladies who run the infant area and the owner are amazing! They learned myself and my husband's name and our cars and are waiting to receive or give us our daughter as soon as we walk in the building. They tell us how she is doing and things to watch for. They are so kind and I can tell they really care about my daughter. They make crafts with the kids when they can and even gave us a small Christmas gift for my daughter. I would recommend them to anyone looking for daycare in Seguin.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My daughter (3) has been going to this daycare for over 6 months now. We have had a wonderful experience with them. My daughter is well taken care of and enjoys going to "school" as we call it. The director is very kind and treats my daughter well. She communicates well with me as a parent and is very flexible and understanding.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My child has been there since the facility opened. The facility is very open where each employee can assist others and can keep a look out for any wrong behavior. The director is almost always there overseeing everything and has always been very accommodating to any requests I have made. She has approached me with any issues and is direct and to the point on his behavior or incident that may have occurred. My only complaint is the turn over of her staff but have noticed that happens a lot in any daycare environment.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Had a good experience overall but my child would come home with a rash during the week although I provided him with a diaper rash cream in his diaper bag.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I am very upset that my granddaughter Nevaeh Rodriguez comes home everyday with a rash! Weekend comes and I put ointment and it's cleared up... Monday comes around and she comes home with a rash.Im sure these grown women would not like to stay peed pooped and rashed all day! Not that hard to check and change a baby.If this continues I will take further action

I am the owner

This is a response to the above 1 star review, which mentions the child that was at the day care for one week. Note that I am the owner of the Fish Pond building, but not the owner of the business itself (CJ).

The child mentioned above was a risk and a liability to the other children in the daycare. The child did not just scream and cry, the child repeatedly bit and scratched other children in the daycare during the one week that the child attended. The child spoke no English whatsoever, and the parent hardly spoke any (Vietnamese).

The child would have been welcome to stay were it not for the risk they posed to the other children. We cannot allow a child to threaten the other kids with violence, much less biting and scratching which is an easy way to transfer germs and bacteria. For this reason, we did not allow the child to stay.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Owner who run the daycare are very rude. She complain about the child a lot, mean to other child which I can tell by standing there and talked to them for one hour. I have a child go to that daycare for less than a week. The first few days she complain about my child was crying too much which is I understand because my child was new to the daycare. My question is when the person who work at day care they should know how to handle kids and not complain with parents about some easy issues. My child used to to go to Methodist preschool since 6 months old and they never complain with me about my child behavior. To me all the kid is not the same. Then. I told her I'm gonna take my son out of daycare, she make me pay more money and when I ask the question she was very rude to me. That day care is a horrible place for customer service and you have to bring your child own food. Anyway I recommend every parents who want to put there child's in that daycare have to make a very careful consideration. Thanks
