Sugar and Spice Children's Academy #2

Absolutely horrible and extremely incompetent daycare. I would not recommend Sugar & Spice to my worst enemy!! We put our 2 year old on a wait list, and months later a spot finally opened up for him. This was his first time ever at any daycare, and he had a really rough start. Instead of any of the teachers working with him, they would literally call me every other day asking me to come pick him up. The lady repeatedly said they didn't have enough staff to watch him and the other children. WHAT?? I'm paying $170 every week just to come pick him up after a few hours because you don't have enough staff? So why would they say there was a spot available for him in the first place? So after 2 weeks of this I start looking for another daycare, but lo and behold the office lady called me in the middle of a Wednesday afternoon 3 weeks after my son started and said that today would be his last day, he is taking longer than normal to adjust and they just don't have the staff to deal with it. IN THE MIDDLE OF A WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. Thank God I work from home so we weren't completely screwed, but how unprofessional can you get? Do not, I repeat do not bring your babies to this place!! My son is a very happy natured boy, but every time I pulled in to drop him off he started screaming bloody murder. He absolutely hated it here. Not to mention this whole daycare is just absolute chaos, there is crap everywhere which has to be a fire hazard. And literally anyone off the street could walk into this building and do whatever they want, it is very unsafe for children. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Sugar and Spice #2 has been great for my baby! The staff loves on him and are very attentive to his needs. Communication is quick and informative. The facility is clean. The price is great as well. I have only had positive interactions with the staff. I feel that my baby is well cared for and safe when he is here.

My children have been going here for years and I absolutely love it!! The staff is very friendly and keeps me up to date with my children (3). They have been almost in every class and I will continue to use them in the future. Thank you mrs. julie, Ms. tanya and all the staff for all you do for us!

they do not keep accurate records or get back to you when they say they will. I have been waiting on a tax document from them for 2 months now and intend on telling everyone I can how poor the office staff is. My children did love their teacher at the facility but the owner cant seem to get anything done when you need help.
