Prior to the expiration date of the qualification letter, the child care provider did not complete and submit required forms to complete a criminal background check (a qualification letter is valid for a maximum of three years for the date of issuance). One employee that was cited on March 28th visit was present in the classroom during today's visit with an expired qualifying letter of 2/21/22. Paperwork was submitted but "No Results Yet".
