Don't believe everything you read or the gossip across town. We have sent two children here for over two years and at one point were laughed at by nurses from our Pediatrician's Office. That says far more about those individuals than this facility.
Our infant has been treated like family since day one. We are asked for updates to her needs on a regular basis, receive pictures throughout the day, and are called immediately if anything unusual or concerning happens.
Our older child started attending as a toddler. She is highly outgoing, strong willed and struggles with authority. The teachers and administration worked collaboratively with us on an individualized plan to ensure she was successful. They truly went above and beyond. When we transitioned her to a more traditional pre-school environment at another area facility, we were not only charged near triple the amount per month, but not provided the same level of service.
This center is all-inclusive and does not give up on children. We appreciate all they have done for us.
