Description:
"A child is like a butterfly in the wind. Some can fly higher than others. But each one flies the best it can. Why compare one against the other? Each one is different. Each one is special. Each one is beautiful." ~author unknown
We are an intimate, loving, privately owned childcare center located in the Idlewild South neighborhood near Idlewild Rd and Harris Blvd. We value and nurture each child's uniqueness and developmental pace. We promote self-help and problem-solving skills which in turn builds self-confidence and esteem. Character building is integrated into our program through the principles of Christian faith by giving thanks for our food, listening to faith inspired songs, practicing manners and being kind to one another.
Spanish language is integrated into our group time as an introduction to Spanish as a second language. We are not fluent speakers but will seek interpretation to accommodate parents with limited English.
School-age space is limited to Kindergarten-Second grade to blend with our preschoolers. Our School-Age/Summer Camp program is under development.
