Fire drills were not practiced monthly and/or the drill record was incomplete. It was observed that no drills had been documented for September 2019 and October 2019. The operator reported that they had been completed. Drill records/logs must be complete showing all required information including date of drill, time of evacuation, unusual conditions, number of children evacuated and number of staff evacuated.
