I love the new Management team. You can come into the facility and feel the difference in the new team. The Management team are always welcoming and if you have any questions or concerns they are giving you feed back right away. My daughter goes to Texas Kids during the Holidays or Summer; and she really likes it. She loves being able to play with her friends and of course go on field trips during the summer. We haven't had issues with the new staff, they always are making sure the children are doing what they are suppose to and make sure they are staying safe! Thank you Texas Kids Mason. Keep up the good work!
If I could give this daycare 0 stars I would. My 9 year old daughter was beat up in the playground while caregivers were on their phones. She was pushed to the ground, kicked in her stomach, and dragged around the playground for several minutes. No one called me to tell me what had happened to my daughter. When I picked her up from daycare she was crying and told me what happened. Oh and whenever you want to look at the videos if anything happens to your child they will NEVER let you view the videos. Amber ( the director )will lie and say that the videos are not saved. It’s all a lie. They will cover their asses before protecting a child. They also mix the school age children with toddlers. The classrooms are ALWAYS chaotic. Kids running around yelling and getting hurt all the time. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone!! I recommend CHILD TIME on Fry road. The caregivers are great and the daycare is very organized. Texas Kids is HORRIBLE.
Si pudiera darle a esta guardería 0 estrellas lo haría. Mi hija de 9 años fue golpeada en el patio de recreo mientras los cuidadores estaban en sus teléfonos. La empujaron al suelo, la patearon en el estómago y la arrastraron por el patio de recreo durante varios minutos. Nadie me llamó para decirme lo que le había pasado a mi hija. Cuando la recogí de la guardería, ella lloraba y me contaba lo sucedido. Ah, y cuando quiera ver los videos, si algo le pasa a su hijo, NUNCA le permitirán ver los videos. Amber (el director) mentirá y dirá que los videos no están guardados. Es todo una mentira. Cubrirán sus culos antes de proteger a un niño. También mezclan los niños en edad escolar con niños pequeños. Las aulas son SIEMPRE caóticas. Niños corriendo por ahí gritando y lastimándose todo el tiempo. ¡No recomendaría esta guardería a nadie! Recomiendo CHILD TIME en Fry road. Los cuidadores son geniales y la guardería es muy organizada. Texas Kids es HORRIBLE.
