Brand New Horizons Academy

Our experience here at BRAND NEW HORIZONS DAYCARE has been Amazing! The staff at BRAND NEW HORIZONS has been phenomenal. My child is 11. He likes the daycare a lot! He even said he would like to go there for their summer program. I must comment that the owner & staff are going above & beyond to ensure they are extending their daycare hours for parents who work extended hours. Many daycares do not extend their hours in the area. Brand New Horizons also provides before & after school shuttle rides for the children. Also, they open their doors very early in the morning to help parents accommodate for busy traffic as well. My son also says the food/nutrition they provide is really great! -We give Brand New Horizons 5 Stars!!!

I am an early childhood special education educator. Brighter Horizons has arrived to transport my student completely without a car seat, then with a booster seat (the child does not meet requirements for booster seat), and with a car seat simply set in the vehicle but not installed securely, the same car seat was missing the buckle, so the harness could not be secured around the child. I don't know the caliber of the care children receive on site, but they clearly have little concern about safely transporting the children in their care.

Cowins (who commented below) filed a suit against our center in court claiming she paid in advance and that we owed her money. She lost this case in court, so i ask this comment be removed as it is dishonest

i'm a parent looking for a place to put my kids. the lady who answered said she was the owner. she was very passive aggressive. I asked her where she was on Fry rd and she asked me where I got her phone number, I said the internet, and she said you can find my address on there too. umm, OK...rude! I can also find other places that will be nicer to prospective customers.

The owner is an irrational and despicable human being. Due to the fact that I’m a single mother of two boys my youngest is in pre k and goes to Brighter Horizon. I have been making payments of $80/weekly after paying $90(I had to switch to only drop off to school and not pick up from school) as of lately I have been making advance payments by at least two weeks. The owner is a older gentleman who is very rude and becomes aggressive very often. Every SINGLE time I make payment he always says I’m late but never charges me a late fee. He never applies my son’s tuition correctly. Just like now about 30 mins ago , I paid him $80 cash. He recorded the payment in some book with all the kids name on it. I paid cash he wrote next to my son’s name -VISA in his book??? He also said that the payment I just made in cash is for last week. I replied with No it is not, he said yes it is !! He was very angered. I just took my receipt and left out of the establishment. I believe this man is keeping his record of payment incorrectly. As I normally pay with my VISA. Last payment I made was a total of $250. =$90($10) late fee added, $80 + $80 which would be the $250 which paid my son’s tuition up thru 05/04/2018. Tuition is due by every Tuesday. I make my payment today for this current week of 05/07/18 - 05/11/18 paid $80 cash and this Man has the audacity to tell me my payment just made to him in cash of $80 is for last week??

The people there are nice and this is the only daycare that I could find on this side of town with the hours that I need but my children have been complaining about a bad smell on the bus, dead roaches and bugs and after this recent flood the building smells like mildew and they are still operating. I like them but that is a health risk to the children. Hate to pull my children but I don't think they care about the safety and health of the children if they are still operating with the chance of mildew and mold.
