We’re looking forward to an exciting year together as partners in your child’s development and education. Thank you for your on-going suggestions and support throughout the year as an integral part of our accreditation with the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Especially during this 2007-08 year of self-assessment for our re-accreditation process, we encourage and welcome your participation in the various opportunities available for involvement in your child’s classroom and in the overall program. Our overall year theme of “hand-in-hand” solidifies our understanding and commitment to the joint adventures of working together toward common goals of your child’s development.
Please refer to this parent handbook, school calendar, and financial agreement throughout the year. Numerous improvements and enhancements have been added this year based on your feedback and suggestions from last year – so please watch for the statements in “italics” throughout the handbook. As questions arise about daily activities, please communicate regularly with your child’s teachers. At any time, please feel welcome to stop by the office, or give us a call. Hand-in-hand, it’s going to be a great year together!
