Plan: Provider reported she did not get home until 3am this morning. She couldn't put food down the sink because the sink is clogged. Today is trash day and she hasn't been able to go get the dumpster at the road. In the future provider will make sure food sealed and put up immediately. Provider informed she mops the floors daily and said she swept after breakfast.

Provider stated she was not aware of the animal feces. She stated she will sweep and double check every morning prior to use. Provider informed she usually cleans up but Licensing worker was here for visit.
